用途和特点：Applications & Features

本系列液压机有四柱式和框架式二种结构，其中框架式采用焊接结构、四角八面直角导轨，,特别适用金属薄板零件的拉伸成形、翻边，弯曲和冲压等工艺，也可用于一般压制工艺。
本系列液压机电一液联合控制，液压系统采用滑阀系统，调试维修方便简单，使用性能可靠；电气系统采用PLC可编程控制器控制，操作方便可靠。并可配置行程，数显、光电保护及移动工作台、液压打料，有调整、手动、半自动三种操作规范，能满足单动、双动、三动等工艺要求，完成复杂零件拉伸要求。
本系列液压机具有空程速度高，拉伸速度及压边力可调等特点，是拉伸薄板制件的理想设备。各油缸的行程可调；拉伸力、压边力均可分别调整。具有点动、自动操作方式，以适应机器调整和连续生产的需要，操作简便、灵活、安全可靠。
本系列液压机适用于各类金属板料覆盖件的深、浅拉伸工艺，也可用于弯曲、翻边、压装等工艺，广泛用于汽车、拖拉机、航空及民用产品等行业。
The series presses are of four-column and straight-side structure: as straight-side welded presses，design feature eight-way，ram gibs in hardened gib-ways two-way cartridge valves in hydralic systems and programmable controller in electric systems. It is equiped with digital display，light curtain protection，moving worktable and hydraulic blank ejecting (are also available to meet the customer's needs).
Three kinds of operation-adjustment, manual and semi-automatic operation can be selected，processes of single action，double action and triple action can be carried out to finish more complicated technology．
The presses are suitable for large or small drawing deepth of sheet metal，as well as bending，flanging and press fitting processes. It is widely used in the field of automobile，tractor and aviation industry．
